Due to continuous growth and project wins, the Winslow Constructors team has career opportunities available for a recent Graduate Engineer to join our Brisbane Region
THE ROLE
In this hands-on role as a Graduate , you will be required to:
Assisting the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System and liaising and managing client relationships
Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
Reporting and mitigating performance issues
Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
Procurement of plant, equipment, and material
Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMS's
ABOUT YOU
A degree in Civil Engineering
An understanding of earthworks, roads, pavement, structures and civil infrastructure preferable.
Exposure to working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities preferable
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
An ability to form rapport with subcontractors
Exposure to contract management desirable
Able to work well in a team enviroment
Passionate to learn and succeed
