About The Opportunity Programmed Electrical Technologies has a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Estimator to kick start a career in Electrical Estimation/Design by joining our operations based in Brisbane.
As a Graduate with Programmed you will apply your skillset in Electrical Design to our broader team and be integral in supporting our growing projects portfolio.
You will get exposure across several of our diverse contracts and be provided with a well-rounded experience, these contracts may include Office Fit-outs, Base Building refurbishments and Designing Maintenance Programs for Electrical systems.
You will meet with our senior leaders which will maximise your personal and professional development and be provided with countless opportunities to grow and develop long-term careers within our business.
You will engage with our operations teams through structured rotations across our contracts.
You'll also be provided with core leadership development training workshops tailored to you delivered by our learning and development team.
On top of that, you will be given opportunities to network and have one-to-one mentoring.

About you Experience in a services or infrastructure maintenance environment is beneficial however not essential.
To be successful in this role, you will have a 'can-do' attitude, a strong appetite to learn and genuine desire to pursue a career in facility management or an essential services industry.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
