As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing our electrical engineering software applications. You will be part of a team of experienced electrical engineers, technical research scientists, and professional software developers where your work will directly and immediately impact our software products.
Experience programming in a procedural coding language (e.g. C++, Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB).
Good written and verbal communications.
Preferred qualifications and experience: Master's Degree in electrical engineering.
Experience working as an electrical engineer.
Good understanding of electrical power systems.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software applications to meet our customer's needs.
Projects adding new features to our existing software or creating new software.
Contribute to the technical software development programs.
Apply and implement electrical power engineering principles and calculations.
Develop and code electrical engineering software algorithms.
Undertake some research and development projects.
Support customers with their software questions and technical problems.
Document the software and electrical engineering calculations.
