Job Description The Role: We are looking for a Graduate Contaminated Land Consultant / Environmental Geoscientist / Hydrogeologist to join our team.
The role involves working on a broad range of challenging contaminated land and groundwater projects in a range of sectors and would be predominantly fieldwork based. You will be given the opportunity to work on a wide range of client sites, collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors and clients.
Within the Contaminated Land sector, you will work on varying projects completing Preliminary Site Investigations (PSIs), Groundwater Monitoring Events (GMEs) including gauging and sampling. The role will include completing site investigation and collection of environmental samples, supervision of subcontractors, responsibility for safety and quality with some data management and reporting.
Within the Upstream Oil & Gas sector across Queensland and New South Wales, you will be executing various hydrogeological projects including but not limited to; bore assessments, aquifer test campaigns, drilling programs, and GMEs. What will a day in this role look like: Conduct fieldwork and collect environmental data from a variety of local and remote sites for short, medium or longer term field programs.
Support surface water and groundwater monitoring and assessment Assist with contamination investigations and remediation projects Collaborate on Preliminary and Detailed Site Investigations (PSIs and DSIs) Perform groundwater monitoring events (GMEs) and support site remediation supervision Contribute to data management, reporting, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications Requirements for Success You must have completed a relevant tertiary degree in environmental science, geoscience, geology, engineering, or hydrogeology before starting the 2025 Graduate Program.
You must be able to commence work by February 2025.
We do consider mid-year finishers, as long as you have graduated and are able to commence by July 2025.
