This role will suit a recent graduate (marketing, commerce, analytics or similar) who has an interest in data and insights.
Working with a highly collaborative and experienced team, you will enable clients to make data driven decisions that grow their business.
Developing your understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviours, you will help clients to win new shoppers and increase sales.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
Responding to general client enquiriesBuilding and maintaining client relationshipsAssisting with analysing data and providing insights through storytellingSolving client briefs and providing actionable recommendationsProviding technical support to clients on the use of Circana proprietary softwareSupporting with the generation of client quotes and shadowing the billing processOverseeing the delivery of databases and reportsWorking with other internal teams at Circana to resolve any data integrity issuesRequirements Tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, analytics or similarStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationshipsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in order to meet strict deadlinesAn eye for detailEagerness to learnDriven, curious and ambitious natureWhat you'll be responsible for Data Analysis and Performance Improvement: Analyze clients' business data and develop recommendations for improving their overall performance.
Business Model Development and Implementation: Work with clients to develop and implement new business models, processes, and organizational structures.
Business Development Support: Contribute to new business development by conducting research, writing proposals, and developing supporting materials.
Skills you'll need Collaboration: Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
Numerical problem solving: Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems.
Critical thinking: Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight.
