About the Role We are looking to appoint Graduate Consultants into our Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Sydney offices.
These are excellent opportunities for recent graduates to build the expertise required to deliver a wide range of our solutions across all sectors of the Australian economy.
Over time we aim to build your capability across the spectrum of our service offerings, including:
Providing analysis and advice on the risks to business under different climate change scenarios and make recommendations for adaptation strategies.Supporting clients in accessing funding for energy reduction projects including government funding and incentive schemes, third party finance and internal capital spend.Assisting with the delivery of energy procurement and carbon strategies from standard procurement to progressive purchasing to power purchase agreements and beyond.Undertaking site assessment and developing business cases to maximise the performance of new or existing sites, including on renewable onsite power generation, energy storage systems, energy efficient lighting and hot water systems, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), and other low carbon technologies.Assisting clients in inventory development and meeting their mandatory and voluntary reporting requirements under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act and National Pollutant Inventory as well as the Greenhouse Gas Protocol for scope 3 emissions.Who You Are We are seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements:
Tertiary education in engineering, environmental science, data science, economics or a related degree.Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience.Capable of thriving in a consulting environment which requires the ability to simultaneously handle multiple project assignments and meet strict deadlines.Proficient at multi-tasking, maintaining flexibility, and working independently with minimal supervision.Enthusiastic and driven with the ability to be agile and innovative.Appetite for learning new digital tools and applications.Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and analytical skills, with experience in recording technical data and preparing reports.Dependable, with integrity, respect, a positive outlook, and a strong client focus.What Our Team Loves About Working Here First things first, THE PEOPLE.
