About the role
Day to day, you will:
work in a cross-functional team to deliver new features and enhancements to customers and users be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis, writing user stories and estimating participate in daily stand-ups, sprint retrospective and planning meetings, and other agile ceremonies support business advancement through projects, as well as the operations of a business area. From a personal perspective, you will:
have a strong hands-on attitude towards understanding new concepts and learning be a proactive planner and communicator, not afraid of asking questions and challenging the status quo have strong problem-solving and analytical skills be a team player and have a desire to work as part of a high-performing team. From a technical perspective, we'd love to see the following in your application:
undergraduate degree majoring in information technology, business or similar disciplines some experience working within a professional environment through internships, work placements or volunteering (desired but not essential) familiarity with or exposure to the following: requirements elicitation collaboration tools (Miro, Confluence, virtual whiteboards) Jira or similar issue tracking tools process modelling What to expect when you're a part of the NTI family:
