Graduate Building Surveyor

Our client is a National Real Estate provider, having had a presence within the UK property market for over 150 years. With a global presence, they have offices throughout all the major cities across the UK.Due to an increase in their current workload, they are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team based in Leeds.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering both professional and project management services to their varied client base.Responsibilities:Taking and being responsible for instructions, from inception through to completion, reporting to a director.Working as part of a regional and national team for the delivery of instructions, primarily to our corporate accounts.Supporting Directors and Senior Surveyors with their current workload.Qualifications:Degree in Building Surveying.Full clean driving licence.A minimum of 2 years previous experience (sandwich placement included).This role would suit a candidate who has recently graduated and has gained either no experience or a year of experience in the industry as part of a sandwich year placement.In return, you will have the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting workload and receive a full and structured program to enable you to work through your APC and achieve MRICS status.For further information on this role, please contact Claire Pattison on (phone number removed).
