We are searching for our next Graduate Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. This role is responsible for proactively managing and resolving all business claims with our carrier partners in an effective and efficient manner.
As a Graduate Analyst you will be responsible for: Managing the quality of the claim inputs from the Billing teamReviewing and training with Billing team to enhance qualityConverting claims into carrier formats that add-value to the carrier partnersSubmitting claims to carrier partners including in a timely manner, including insights, analysis and summary to influence decision-makingEstablishing and maintaining robust relationships with carrier partners to influence timely responses and credit note submissionTimely processing of credit notes in system and resolving invoicing and credit issuesUpdating contracts and system records in collaboration with the Account Management teamProactive communication and follow up to efficiently resolve all claims matters with internal and external stakeholdersGenerating and interpreting valuable reporting and analysis in a timely manner and distribute with purposeAbout you: At least 12 months of Analytical and/or Billing/Invoicing experienceStrong capability in resolving claims in timely and accurate mannerMS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel)Successful track record of problem solving and continuous improvement projectsProven ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data for decision-makingDemonstrate strong mathematical abilityFinance or Business Info Systems qualification desirableAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environmentWhy join efm Logistics?
