MMG is currently seeking a Graduate – Environmental Advisor to join our Rosebery Mine in the West Coast of Tasmania.
Throughout the two-year program, you will receive industry exposure within the various functional disciplines allowing you to acquire experience in different facets of the organisation while allowing for exposure to MMG's processes, technologies, and leaders. Rotations are determined through a combination of individual aspirations, development needs and business priorities where appropriate. 
Your growth is integral to the program and whilst the majority of the learning takes place on the job, an additional structured program supports you during the two years. It focuses primarily on increasing self-awareness, learning from others and developing critical competencies for ongoing success.
Induction program to introduce you to the company, functions, peers, managers, and leadersOngoing activities to share each other's knowledge, experiences, ideas and feedbackContribution to projects and exposure to our Senior Leadership teamSpecific skills development trainings, on various technologies as well as soft skillsCareer mentoring providing guidance in preparing for your professional lifeThe Program will provide you with an outstanding opportunity to produce results, quickly gain credibility and develop a strong network within the organisation as well as the wider Mining industry over two years.
Upon completion, you will be ready to take up a variety of roles and be supported in identifying those roles within MMG that align best with your long-term career aspirations.
We invite applications from students graduating in 2024 and early 2025 in Environmental studies from recognised universities within Australia
