A graduate administrative assistant participates in the instructional process for a department or program under the supervision of an appointed supervisor.
DUTIES:
Engages in course preparation.
Undertakes program-related assignments.
Serves in potential recruiting events to help represent the college.
Engages in other instructional-related duties as specified by the department or program.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Must have strong time management, organization, critical thinking, and collaborative spirit.
Qualifications:
Must be a Marilyn Davies College of Business graduate student.
Must be admitted to the COB MBA or MPAC program and have completed at least six semester hours with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Must have at least 18 hours of coursework remaining before their planned graduation.
Must be currently enrolled in at least six (6) semester hours and maintain an excellent academic standing.
