Graduate Accounts Payable Officer

ABOUT THE COMPANY.
We are working with an ASX listed retail giant who own and operate numerous retail brands across Australia as well as internationally.

Please note this role is 5 days working in the office on St Kilda Road.

End to end, high volume invoice processing across 7 brands Validation of invoices into our Accounts Payable system Accounts Receivables Cash receipting Prioritise invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms Process weekly payment run in all countries Vendor maintenance and respond to all vendor inquiries Assist in month end closing, including month end journals SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
Experince in a similar role is desirable Ability to multitask and handle a high volume Experince in an accounts role is beneficial Strong attention to detail & accuracy Exceptional communication & customer service skills Proficient with Excel Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and continually looks for opportunities to improve and grow HOW TO APPLY.
