About your new JobDue to sustained growth, an opportunity has become available for a Graduate Accountant to join the Australian finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Graduate Accountant will be offered the training and guidance to develop into a true finance business partner with the ability to add value.This is an entry-level role that will train you to become capable of completing these skilled tasks:
Journal entries & accrualsReconcile bank AccountsTake ownership of the Fixed Asset registerPrepare Reporting on KPIs for the Sales teamManage the stock movement reporting including reconciliationAssist with the preparation of monthly financial statementsAssist with yearly reporting pack for the parent companySupport the Finance Manager with the preparation of the statutory Accounts (FBT, GST, Payroll Tax)About You!As a graduate position, it is not expected that you have years of Accounting experience; however, experiences such as playing team sports or working a part-time job whilst studying will be viewed favorably.
