Quinn Allan is proud to partner with a dynamic property development organisation located on the outskirts of Melbourne's CBD who are seeking a dedicated Graduate accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn. This role will be 5 days per week in the office. 

About the Position
The Graduate Accountant will play a pivotal role within the finance team. In this position you will work alongside the Financial Accountant, broadly speaking the duties of the role include:
Support preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and periodic management reports. Manage daily accounting tasks such as data entry for accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, processing payment lists, and maintaining fixed asset registers. Assist in budget and forecast preparation, providing necessary data and support to senior finance team members. Provide administrative assistance to the finance team and broader company team as needed. Follow standardized workflows and participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency About You
Suitable candidates will have a combination of the following experience and skills: Degree Qualified with a major in Accounting. Enrollment in or intention to start CPA or CA programs is advantageous. Minimum of 6 months experience in an accounting firm or industry. Good understanding of accounting principles. Great attention to detail. A genuine interest in property/real estate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn and be a positive team member.
