We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Accountant to join the team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their careers in accounting and finance. As a Graduate Accountant, you will report to both the Finance and Administration Manager and the Chief Executive Officer, and your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial statements and reports. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for the Board and various Committees. Providing support to the management team and risk consultant. Collaborating with internal and external auditors and compliance regulators to maintain accurate records and adhere to policies. Performing additional tasks as requested by the Finance and Administration Manager. About You: We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A bachelor's degree in commerce or economics with a major in accounting and/or finance (students nearing completion are also encouraged to apply). Familiarity with current accounting standards and legislation. Proficiency in the MS 365 Office suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
