The College is seeking applicants for Grade coordinators for grades Pre-Kinder, Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2, and Stage Coordinators for Stage 2 and Stage 3 teaching teams.

Core Requirements: Applicants for the position of Grade/ Stage Coordinator must demonstrate at a minimum that they:
are a committed Christian, who is active in the life of a Reformed Evangelical Church have sufficient expertise and knowledge to lead the implementation of the College's vision of holistic Christian education and distinctively Christian pastoral care conduct themselves in a manner in keeping with the College ethos and Code of Conduct at all times, modelling Christian maturity to the College community have sufficient expertise and knowledge to lead and manage a teaching team to effective and researchbased teaching practices have exceptional communication and relational leadership skills have knowledge of relevant compliance requirements in schools have a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC) and have active accreditation to teach in NSW from NESA. All students in the grade/stage are achieving high quality learning and personal development. Effective and cohesive educational practices are implemented across the teaching team, including differentiation and a distinctively Christian approach. Classroom teachers in their team are coached and supported to deliver high quality practices that meet the needs of their students. Effective assessment practices are adopted across the teaching team, resulting in the information obtained directly informing classroom practices and student reports. Targeted supports (Tier 2) for student learning, behaviour and pastoral needs are developed and teachers are coached to implementation, under guidance from the Dean of Learning or Dean of Students. Curriculum compliance is maintained for their teaching team. Organisation, coordination and running of grade events that support the learning and development of students. To Apply:
