What does your new role look like? Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residentsLeading and mentoring care and clinical team membersConducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needsProviding an outstanding level of nursing advice and support to the resident and their relativesDeveloping supportive working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of careAbout you Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team. You will also offer the following:
Current AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing (essential)Previous experience working as a Grade 5 RN (Aged Care experience highly regarded)Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programsFully vaccinated for COVID 19 and recent flu vaccinationIf you're seeking a role with real purpose and where you can create meaningful resident relationships through your outstanding clinical care, apply now!
