THE CLIENT An established and highly regarded healthcare provider is currently seeking 2 x experienced Grade 2 or 3 Occupational Therapists to join their team. The Role: As a Grade 2 or 3 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services across various settings. You will work to assess, treat, and support patients with a wide range of conditions, from neurological and musculoskeletal to rehabilitation and chronic health conditions.
These roles can be either:
CLINICAL - Seeing clients in their specialised clinic in the Inner South-East + some community client outreach. or COMMUNITY - Fully community-based work. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments to develop individualised treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily function and independence. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families on rehabilitation and daily living strategies. Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and progress reports. Participate in continuous professional development and supervision. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE To succeed in this role, you will have:
Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy or equivalent. Current AHPRA registration, First Aid & CPR qualifications. Experience in clinical occupational therapy (Grade 2 or 3, ideally with 2+ years of experience). Experience in Neurological, TAC or NDIS cases will be highly regarded. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care. A passion for helping others to achieve greater independence and improve quality of life.
