We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage all aspects of operational HR while collaborating on strategic initiatives with the Senior Management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Industrial Relations: Provide knowledge & guidance on industrial relations matters. Performance & Development: Manage performance evaluation process, professional development programs, and leadership training. HR Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain up-to-date position descriptions. Strategic Leadership: Drive a culture of continual improvement, aligned with Gradco's vision and values. We're seeking an adaptable HR professional passionate about creating a positive workplace. To succeed in this role, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the construction or related industries. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. A strong understanding of payroll and HR management processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Knowledge of workplace Occupational Health and Safety practices.
