Our client is embarking on a series of Major Projects that are complex in nature, requiring specialist expertise to navigate technical and stakeholder challenges. These projects typically exceed $50 million and include collaborations with Third Parties, such as clean hydrogen energy and other renewable/infrastructure initiatives.
As a Scheduler , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these projects by creating, updating, and coordinating project schedules in alignment with documented standards. Working in a cross-functional team, you will build, evaluate, and optimise project schedules while maintaining close collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Project Programme . Collaborate with service providers to review and integrate their programmes. Identify critical paths and schedule risks, facilitating resolutions between the Project Manager and contractors. Provide timely programme updates and ensure alignment between the service provider's outputs and the Project Programme. Analyse and provide schedule input for validation of any contractor delay notices. Develop and distribute accurate project, program, or portfolio reports to measure performance against the baseline. Ensure cost and schedule data are aligned, maintained, and reflect approved changes. About You: You are an experienced scheduler with a strong background in developing and overseeing project schedules within large-scale infrastructure projects. Your expertise in identifying risks, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring alignment between cost and schedule data will make you a critical part of this ambitious program.
