Position Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business.
Leveraging your expertise in sales and business development, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships.
Your primary duties will include:
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive insights.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities to expand our client base.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
Solution Presentation: Present our products and services to clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing their specific requirements.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes and closing deals in a timely manner.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes, with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying opportunities and developing effective solutions.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
