The firm commenced in 1980 when Alex Gudkovs came to Warwick with a background in property development, local government, commercial and corporations law and general practice. The office had 2 moves until its present location in Palmerin Street in 1999. In the 1980s Alex was joined by Shane Power until Shane ceased practice at the end of 2011. Carl Settgast came to the Firm in 2004 and after a brief time with a firm in Stanthorpe re-joined in May 2007. Lisa Hooper joined the Firm early in 2012.
