Alliance Labour Solutions is currently seeking talented GPS Excavator Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience operating heavy equipment with GPS technology, a thorough understanding of excavation techniques, and a dedication to delivering precise results while prioritizing safety. Responsibilities: Operate excavator equipment with precision and efficiency, utilising GPS technology for accurate digging, grading, and trenching. Execute excavation tasks according to project specifications, ensuring proper depths, angles, and dimensions. Collaborate closely with project supervisors and managers to understand project requirements and timelines. Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, fostering a culture of safety on the job site. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including equipment and surrounding spaces. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience operating excavator equipment with GPS technology. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety standards and regulations. Willingness to participate in training and certification programs as necessary. Working Conditions: Monday to Friday roster. 10-hour day shifts. Work located in the Hunter Valley region.
