This is an outstanding opportunity for a FRACGP equivalent with a few years remaining on their moratorium, to relocate to an exceptional Regional DPA MM3 and start work immediately within a busy catchment area. The city of Coffs Harbour is located on the beautiful North Coast of New South Wales, 3 hours south of the Gold Coast. A well known, beachside hot spot across the globe.An incoming GP specialist will enjoy picking up a very busy and consistent patient following, working within a high foot traffic location, bustling with tourists, locals and sporting groups on a daily basis. Coffs Harbour offers a large coastal community, 80K population and often a 4 week wait to see a GP.
This centre is privately owned, not corporate and offers a very simple service agreement and flexible practitioner arrangement with no restraint clauses.
GPs in this clinic are able to charge privately for patient services and enjoy autonomy of billing, their own way. They will be rewarded for providing any minimal bulk billed services at approximately 160% (via rural bulk billing incentives). Additionally, there will be an opportunity to potentially earn 30K plus incentives, for a practitioner able to stay 5 years.
This team highly values "Work Life Balance" and thoroughly enjoys a beachside lifestyle. An incoming GP will feel comfortable offering a 4 day week, with a long weekend every week! Alternatively, there is solid patient demand for a Doctor who prefers to work 5 days and see up to six patients an hour!
Temporary one bedroom accommodation can be offered for up to 3 weeks, while an incoming Doctor settles into the area with a warm welcome.
