Total Remuneration Package from $225k including superannuation to commensurate with experienceAbout the RoleAs the Director of Engagement, you'll spearhead initiatives to connect the NSW Telco Authority with stakeholders, customers, and the wider community.
This role is your chance to lead strategic engagement plans that drive value, innovation, and collaboration across the state.
With a focus on delivering critical communications and stakeholder outreach and influencing, you will ensure that the requirements of emergency services are understood and actioned.
Role Responsibilities
Design and implement strategic and tactical stakeholder engagement plans to deliver organisational goals.
Lead communication initiatives that enhance customer and community experience.
Develop innovative methods to share critical updates and facilitate collaborative, constructive and action-oriented dialogue.
Advise senior executives on emerging issues in a complex customer, vendor and stakeholder environment and direct engagement approaches to support optimal outcomes.
Oversee internal communication channels to maintain alignment and transparency within the organisation.Does This Sound Like You?
You are a strategic thinker with a commitment to exceptional stakeholder relationships and with a flair for communication.
Proven experience leading diverse teams, you thrive in dynamic environments where innovation meets purpose.
Ideally, you bring knowledge of telecommunications or related industries and are adept at scoping, driving and managing change, fostering collaboration, and delivering results.
You're comfortable leading through frequent context switching, from strategic influencing to tactical engagement, across telecommunications and construction, between state and federal government and across emergency and essential services, digital and customer experience.If you're ready to champion high-quality engagement strategies, this role is for you.
