What You'll Do
As a Government Grants Graduate, you will support companies across Australia to apply for Government Grants. You will learn about a range of grant programs offered by Federal and State Governments and work as part of RSM's grants team to advise organisations and prepare applications.
The position provides exposure to a variety of industries, including engineering, advanced manufacturing, medical sciences, renewable energy, mining and resources, agricultural technologies, defence and community development.
Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to support the end-to-end preparation of grant submissions, including meetings and correspondence with clients, collating documentation, drafting applications and preparing supporting documents. Clear written communication is essential;Research a variety of funding programs and support the team to maintain an up-to-date awareness of State and Federal grants and related policies;Generate communications for publicising grant opportunities, both internally and externally;Assist with the development of standardised grants materials such as Engagement Letters and templates;Attend networking events and, with support from the grants team, build internal and external networks to facilitate Business Development opportunities.
