This nation-building project will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. The role: We're looking for a Governance Manager to join our Snowy 2.0 project team, in Cooma, NSW. This position is responsible for supporting the team through the effective support & management of procurement programs and governance to procurement activities.  The position contributes to the broader procurement activities by supporting continuous improvement, data tracking & management and information lifecycle management. Further responsibilities include: Leading the continuous improvement of the project governance model to enhance organisational effectiveness and decision making processes.  Design, refine and support key governance forums and analyse data for enhancing practices. Reporting on a set of leading indicators via dashboards to assess performance and progress and present findings to relevant stakeholders.  Foster a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement among teams, motivating them to deliver results.  We are looking for: Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field.  Extensive experience leading a governance function in a project environment ideally in a large scale infrastructure project.  Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and influence decision making across multiple stakeholders.  Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.  Ability to coach and inspire leaders and team members.  Experience in project management methodologies and their applications in business.  If this sounds like an opportunity for you, apply now and join the team!
