Policy, Planning & Regulation, Government - State (Government & Defence) Full time We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Governance Integrity and Reform Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and strengthening the integrity of our compliance and integrity frameworks and programs to mitigate misconduct associated with the delivery of Driver and Vehicle Services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) aligns with the broader Department of Transport (DoT) compliance and integrity programs and objectives. You will act as a key liaison and provide strategic and operational support to the Director of Governance & Intelligence.
In this role, you will review, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, systems, and frameworks. You will also be required to identify strategies to ensure contemporary compliance activity relating to driver and vehicle services is complemented by suitable training and education opportunities. Representing DVS in conjunction with the Director of Governance & Intelligence, you will liaise with and work in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders, including oversight bodies, and report on compliance strategies and outcomes.
There is currently one (1) permanent full-time position available for immediate start. The successful applicant or applicants assessed as suitable through this process may receive further offers of employment (fixed term or permanent) in this or similar roles for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of first appointment.
