We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated individual who is looking to utilise their reporting, presentation, data analytics and process improvement skills to support both People and Governance Programs across the business.
Reporting to the People, Governance and Risk Senior Partner you will be responsible for coordinating and driving key programs of work across the business including but not limited to: Supporting the design and delivery of the People, Governance and Risk (PG&R) programs including reporting and data analytics Completing reports and presentations to assist Executive Management decision making Coordinating elements of Arc's Sustainability and Compliance Programs Coordinating system improvements to support the accurate recording of required data Organising and contributing to relevant reports for Arc's People and Sustainability Committees Conducting data analysis on various areas to support business decision-making and prepare in-depth reports as required As part of this role, you will also be responsible for: Workshopping current reporting and operational processes to determine and perform improvement opportunities Presenting information in a concise and clear manner to various stakeholders through written reports and multi-modal presentations Supporting data owners across the organisation in completing system improvements and maintaining data integrity and data quality practices by performing quality assurance reviews for management and external reports Leading the planning, execution, and ongoing maintenance of Power BI reports, integrating data from multiple sources Managing the analysis of Sustainability metrics for external reports relating to sustainability programs including Arc's Annual Sustainability Report Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust compliance management program This role is offered on a 12month Fixed Term Contract.
About You To be successful in this role you will need to have: Strong focus on problem solving and business improvement Expertise in drafting reports and presentations including the preparation of findings and recommendations Strong interpersonal skills with a sound verbal and written communication ability Proven experience in data analytics, with strong analytical skills to understand and provide insights to management Demonstrated ability to operate in a way that builds trust and encourages discussion around operational inefficiencies and improvements Experience in or desire to develop system administration duties Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Power BI experience is a plus) Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, accounting, or related discipline (desirable but not essential) Working at Arc Infrastructure Working with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas and experiences they bring.
