We are a globally recognised hub that connects people, communities, technology and ideas to shape our futures.About the roleReporting to the Head of Finance and Governance, this role provides assistance to management, Board Secretariat support plus governance, procurement and compliance services. Supported by an experienced team, you'll work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders across ACMI and externally providing advice and services.What you'll bring to the rolePractical experience working in a governance capacity with extensive Board experience.Extensive experience in policy development and excellent understanding of legislative principles as they apply to key policies.Demonstrated understanding of legislation governing public sector entities and experience in the application of governance principles across a public organisation.Demonstrated knowledge of procurement practices and contract management principles.A tertiary qualification in law, governance or related discipline is preferred.What we offerFull-time ongoing Grade 4 role with a starting salary of $92,332 plus super.A talented, committed and creative team of people with a passion for screen culture, technology and media, cultural diversity, and inspiring new forms of creativity in our communities.As a valued team member, you can enjoy complimentary and discounted tickets, discounts at our shop and cafe, access to wellbeing activities, learning and development programs and our Employee Assistance Program.Flexible working, including a mix of onsite and work from home days depending on your role.How to applyTo obtain a position description and apply online visit ACMI Careers.
