Job Details As the Team Leader for the Learning Management System (LMS) at GOTAFE, you will oversee the seamless integration and operation of the LMS, ensuring it supports our teaching, learning, and business objectives. This is a leadership role where you'll drive the adoption of innovative educational technologies, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities As the successful candidate you will have:
Demonstrated experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), especially Moodle, with a broad understanding of other LMS platforms. Proven experience in leading and supervising teams, particularly in an educational technology environment. Expertise in collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement educational technologies that improve student and staff engagement. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, implement, and report on LMS initiatives. Proficiency in instructional design principles, educational technology trends, and automation tools to improve LMS processes and functionality. A relevant tertiary qualification and experience. Requirements If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date) A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application) A current Driver's Licence (Car). The salary range for this position is $108,038-$117,689 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
