As an Assessment Specialist at GOTAFE, you will work closely with Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and validate assessment tools that ensure our students meet the necessary learning outcomes. This role offers you the chance to lead assessment processes that impact the success of learners and contribute to continuous improvement in education.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Demonstrated experience in developing assessment tools and supporting educational compliance and quality assurance systems within the VET sector. Understanding of ASQA and VRQA requirements. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. A relevant tertiary qualification and experience. If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date) A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application) A current Driver's Licence (Car). The salary range for this position is $95,154-$104,808 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
