Job Details
As the Administrative Officer – Assets and Environment at GOTAFE, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Assets and Environment Team, ensuring the smooth operation of fleet management, facility maintenance, and procurement activities. You will play a key role in data management, reporting, and customer service, contributing to the effective delivery of asset and environmental management services across GOTAFE.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Strong organisational skills. Excellent administrative and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database programs. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date) A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application) A current Driver's Licence (Car). The salary range for this position is $68,933-$74,845 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
