Your Responsibilities :
Assist in the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties Handle tenant inquiries, property inspections, and maintenance requests Prepare leases, manage rent arrears, and liaise with landlords and tenants Provide support to senior property managers in key administrative tasks What I'm Looking For :
Proven experience in property management (both residential and commercial roles) Strong organisational skills and experience with property inspections , tenant relations , and maintenance coordination Proficient in managing rent collection , lease preparation , and handling tenancy agreements Excellent communication skills with both landlords and tenants Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to temporary work assignments Why Apply?
