About the Client My client is a highly regarded leader in the home styling and design industry, renowned for their innovative approach to creating on-trend, functional, and visually stunning spaces. Roles and Responsibilities As a Senior Styling Consultant, your primary objective will be to drive incremental business growth through proactive sales activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include:
Building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients through inbound and outbound sales activities. Organizing and conducting client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored design proposals. Preparing, submitting, and following up on design and sales proposals promptly. Advising clients, vendors, and agents on the best approaches to ready properties for sale. Collaborating with the projects team to ensure successful installation execution. Acting as the primary contact for escalated client matters, resolving issues with care and professionalism. Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media content and promotional campaigns. Maintaining a comprehensive client portfolio and updating the CRM system promptly. Mentoring and supporting junior sales team members. What You'll Need to Succeed Strong sales and client relationship management skills with a proven ability to close deals. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage clients and understand their needs. Experience in the home styling or design industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and a commitment to maintaining organized client records. A creative mindset and an eye for design trends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
