The Position, but not limited to: Assist with managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low maintenance complexes Liaising with owners/tenants Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required The Criteria: Experience managing a portfolio of buildings Valid drivers' license Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality Must have excellent interpersonal skills Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships An excellent understanding of BCCM Act Have excellent time management skills Only experienced Body Corporate applicants will be short listed and contacted, thank you for your understanding.
