Our client is a highly reputable Strata Agency. They are on the lookout for a standout Strata Manager to join their award-winning team! Our client has been around for many years who have a dedicated team to ensure the best service is provided to all Customers.

The Position, but not limited to: Managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low-maintenance complexes Liaising with owners/tenants Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required Running AGM's Periodic inspections Support from an Assistant + Admin support The Criteria: Experience managing your own portfolio in strata Current property manager reg and valid driver's license Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality Must have excellent interpersonal skills Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements Have excellent time management skills How to Apply:
