The Role:
Collaborate with the EGM Commercial to define strategic direction and identify key development opportunities for ADG's airport land bank.
Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new partners and tenants to ADG.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, industry bodies, and contractors.
Proactively generate and manage new business leads, preparing leasing proposals and negotiating agreements with tenants.
Develop detailed business cases to support new commercial developments.
Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Partner with internal project teams to monitor progress and mitigate delivery risks.
Ensure compliance with lease requirements and ADG's risk management framework during development phases.
Promote a culture of sustainability and safety, addressing environmental and safety risks effectively.
Apply ADG's cybersecurity policies to manage and respond to potential threats.
Skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience in retail developments.
Proven track record of structuring and initiating new property transactions.
Significant experience in commercial property development and leasing.
Strong property analysis skills.
Tertiary qualifications in property, business/commerce, town planning, or project management.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite.
