This is an exciting opportunity for a Settlements Officer to join the most innovative market leader and premier real estate agency rapidly expanding nationally. This is a role that will see you responsible for the management and administration functions related to the processing of sales exchanges and settlements, along with being the communication point between relevant stakeholders to achieve maximum results.
The Role: Ensure all documents have been received and prepare file for settlement Ensure that banking details and TFN's are received and entered for all vendors and purchases Work within a team environment Assisting with processing property settlements/payments when required Post settlement reconciliation Ad hoc administration duties Data entry The Candidate: Previous experience in Accounts or the exchange/settlements process is preferred but NOT essential You could have minimal experience in Property Management or Sales and looking for an ADMIN position within Real Estate Minimal experience required - you could be a Junior stepping up!
