Specialising in managing major institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals, this team delivers exceptional project marketing, sales, and leasing campaigns.
As a key support role, you'll become an integral part of a vibrant team with a passion for property. This varied role offers opportunities to grow, develop, and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities: Preparing property reports, brochures, and submissions Coordinating sales and leasing processes, from listing to settlement Managing relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders Producing marketing materials and assisting with advertising General sales admin and office duties What You'll Get: Ongoing training and support A collaborative and open team environment No weekend work Team lunches, functions, and parties Attractive salary package What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a high-level administrative position Impeccable attention to detail and professional presentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office & fast, accurate typing skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organised with excellent time management abilities Positive, friendly attitude and a proactive approach Industry experience is a plus, but not essential Adobe Suite, especially InDesign, and Canva is an advantage All applications are strictly confidential and not discussed with a third party without your consent.
