This fast-growing team has a strong pipeline of property growth across a variety of asset classes including neighbourhood & sub-regional shopping centres, as well as mixed-use assets.

The Role:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre Management office and provide administrative support to the Centre Manager/staff.
Assist in all property management aspects of the Centre including collection of rents, arrears, payment of accounts, and preparation of lease documentation.
General liaison between management and tenants.
Support the Centre Manager in effective and efficient management of administration and day-to-day operation of the centre.
Provide secretarial support including typing, filing, and diary management.
Maintain centre databases including retailer and contractors contact lists.
Assist with distribution of information to the retailers within the Centre.
Maintain office equipment, stationery, and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth running of the office and staff facilities.
Work with and support the Centre Manager with operational issues and implement solutions effectively.
Assist with the collection of all tenancy rental charges by the due date and issue the appropriate letters of recovery where necessary.
Assist with budget preparation and forward business planning.
The Candidate:
2-3 years experience in administration within the property sector.
Ability to work independently to achieve goals and objectives without daily direction.
Proactive assistance with issues and management of various situations that may arise.
Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, retailers, and contractors.
Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration highly regarded.
Present in a professional manner at all times and demonstrate energy and enthusiasm while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
