We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team to specialise in Property with focus on aged care, not-for-profit on an existing portfolio.
Requirements: Demonstrated Proven Sales track record and strong business development skills Curiosity & Ability to deliver for clients Passion for the industry and knowledge of market trends, developments, and opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.
