The Role: As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll be the friendly face and voice of the business.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks and has a strong willingness to learn.
With plenty of training provided, this role offers an exciting chance to grow within a fast-paced agency.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and greeting visitors Managing front of house operations, including handling voicemails and phone mode settings Maintaining key registers with a keen attention to detail Printing, scanning, copying, and filing documents Updating CRM with contacts and listings Basic Photoshop tasks (training provided) Completing PO Form 6a and Commercial Tenancy Agreements Processing sign orders and sending documents for electronic signature Handling office mail and managing office supplies Ensuring the front office area is neat and well-maintained Assisting with agent KPI records and team meetings Preparing briefs and editorials for the Courier Mail Preparing and sending weekly VMail via in-house program Who We're Looking For:
Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Able to work independently while still being part of a team Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude No previous experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow!
