The role:
You will be responsible for assisting the Operations and Property Management team with all their Administration & general office duties from the reception desk.

Directing calls & messages Meeting and greeting clients Be the face of the company Administration Support for Property Management & Operations team Keeping Reception area neat & tidy Organising mail, scanning & filing Supporting the property managers with entry notices, key handling, application processing RARE Monday - Friday reception role About you: Excellent phone manner Confidence in the above duties & responsibilities Strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task & work as part of a team Professional presentation & motivated attitude Culture & Benefits:
