Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic and close-knit team. This is a full-time role, offering an exciting opportunity for career growth and progression. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing phone calls, mail, and banking duties Logging keys in and out for tradesmen Ensuring the website and rental listings are up-to-date Posting properties online and managing the real estate inbox Potentially showing properties once you obtain your certificate Ongoing training and transition into Property Management (PM) role Experience:
No prior experience required, although a COR (Certificate of Registration) is preferred Must be willing to complete COR training Qualifications:
Must be willing to undertake the COR qualification Additional Benefits:
