Be part of a well-supported, collaborative team environment The Role: Portfolio Management of 150 properties No trust accounting or invoicing No leasing or BDM Process and follow up on maintenance orders Prepare CMA's for lease renewals Issue leases Manage arrears Conduct entry & exit reports Routine inspections Liaise with owners and tenants The Candidate: Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management Current QLD Certificate of Registration A current driver's license & reliable car An excellent problem solver The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision Hard-working and honest work ethic Trustworthy and reliable Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships.
