You will manage a Brisbane-North portfolio, delivering exceptional property management services while building strong relationships with both tenants and landlords. You'll have the chance to directly impact the lives of individuals and families by providing affordable and secure housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of tenancy management, including leasing, renewals, and inspections. Build meaningful relationships with tenants and landlords to foster trust and satisfaction. Coordinate maintenance, ensuring properties meet compliance and safety standards. The Ideal Candidate:
A QLD Real Estate Agent Licence/Registration (or ability to obtain quickly). Experience in property management or social housing. Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills. Familiarity with property management systems (Console Cloud experience is a bonus). A current Australian driver's licence.
