The Role: Manage a small, well-maintained portfolio of 180 properties conveniently located near the office.
Liaise with landlords.
Handle repairs and maintenance.
Control arrears.
No routine inspections are required – the Property Officer manages these.
Ample support provided.
The Candidate: Previous experience in property management.
A current Certificate of Registration, Driver's License and reliable car.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Positive attitude.
Strong team player, willing to offer support as needed.
