The Role:
Organize regular events to engage residents and foster a vibrant community, while actively managing a dynamic digital platform to keep everyone connected. Ensure top-notch service delivery that aligns with agreed standards, creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents feel they belong. Manage daily property operations by addressing resident inquiries, overseeing property management tasks, preparing ingoing and exit condition reports, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and conducting routine inspections. Maintain accurate financial records, optimize the financial return and overall financial performance. Support the leasing team by communicating essential notices and updates in compliance with relevant regulations. Handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations throughout the property. Manage and direct staff reporting into you. Who You Are & What You Need: Proactive with a passion for creating exceptional living experiences. An excellent communicator who thrives on building relationships and engaging with residents. Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for managing multiple tasks seamlessly. Real Estate experience and an understanding of Property Management. Exceptional customer service skills are a must!
