The Role: Managing around 150-180 Properties - all local! Delivering exceptional customer service to your VIP Portfolio Liaising with landlords & tenants Negotiating lease renewals Attending NCAT as required No Ingoings No Leasing No Accounts No Weekends! Final Inspections Monday - Friday Only Great team & environment - No micromanaging! Fun & encouraging Directors! The Candidate:
Ideally a Property Manager with 2 + years of experience Must be organised & have high attention to detail Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence Highly ambitious and driven! Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
